The group started its investment activities in 2010, and moved forward towards the future at a steady pace and renewable investment visions. In 2014, the group laid the foundation of its first investment portfolio through investing in the financial sector, which is a key component of the group's investment portfolio. The launch of the investment activities took place by investing in the financing sector through an institution authorized by the Ministry of Commerce and Investment. In 2017, the group expanded its investment activities through establishing a company specialized in providing financial advisory services, in addition to a real estate company in an upward trend to diversify activities and lay the main pillars of the group's investment portfolio. As of the year 2018, the group began the transformation to institutional work to keep pace with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 aimed at making a qualitative leap in all vital sectors. This urged the group to transform the financial advisory company into an active holding group in the Saudi financial market. Accordingly, a financial company was established as an extension of investments in the financial sector started earlier. In 2020, the ministerial approval to convert the group into a closed joint stock company of a promising entity looking towards the future with clear visions and aspirations set in accordance with clear and unmistakable criteria, was issued. In 2021, the group reinforced its investments in the financial sector through establishing a financial technology company and starting investment in the industrial sector by establishing an industrial company.
