NSW FAMILY SERVICES INC (FamS) FamS (NSW Family Services Inc) supports non-government organisations in New South Wales that are providing services to families experiencing stress and disadvantage. We encourage and help these organisations to provide quality support services. RESULTS LEADERSHIP GROUP (RLG) Results Based Accountability is a disciplined way of thinking and taking action that communities can use to improve the life of children, families and the community as a whole. RBA can also be used by agencies to improve the performance of their programs and it can be adapted to fit the unique needs and circumstances of different communities and programs. The Results Leadership Group designed the Results Scorecard a software tool, based on the principles of RBA, to help government and non-profit organisations maximise the framework’s potential. This includes creating the distinction between population and performance accountability, maintaining language discipline and promoting ends-to-means decision making. The Results Scorecard assists users create measurable results for their clients and communities through collaboration, data driven decision making and aligning the performance of programs and initiatives with the impact they create in the community.
