BCSS produces and maintains software programs for consignment, resale, thrift, pawn, scrap metal, antique and auction businesses, and shopping malls. The software is contact and inventory management, sales and settlement processing, accounting and police reporting all rolled into one complete program. With BCSS shop owners manage information and perform functions related to consignors, buyers, employees, inventory, sales, settlements and disbursements. It prints address labels, price labels and hang tags (with barcodes), reports, agreements, checks and receipts. The pawn software (Pawnbroker Pawn Shop Software, or PPSS) program keeps track of pawns, forfeits, interest and fees, and due notices. Pawn processing is automated with electronic fingerprinting and drivers licenses scanning (to populate new-customer records). Both programs accommodate pictures (of customers and/or items) and reporting to local police and L.E.A.D.S Online.
