Bridge Beyond Addiction is a non-profit program operating under the fiscal sponsorship of Humanitarian Social Innovations a 501(c)3. Our mission is to assist those who struggle with the disease of addiction by providing a bridge between treatment and independence. We strive to help this process by providing financial assistance to qualified individuals who are leaving a treatment program and have chosen to enter approved sober living communities. Bridge Beyond Addiction is a locally focused program. Candidates qualifying for a Bridge Beyond Addiction grants are men and women, ages 18-45, who originate from the greater Lehigh Valley area. Each candidate must express a strong desire to obtain and sustain sobriety.
