Goodmind is a market research and consulting firm with offices in New York City, Norwalk, CT, and Wellington, New Zealand. Founded in 2001, we see ourselves as subversives; constantly seeking faster, less expensive and more effective means to conduct marketing research. To that end, we have pioneered new applications for online qualitative research (including our 'quasitative' methodology), developed the first social media virtual panel (greenlightpanel.com) and forged the use of self-contained usability labs utilizing bezel cameras to simultaneously record gestures and mouse movements. We also designed the first iPhone app for recruiting and screening qualitative respondents (Greenlight). Most importantly, over the years, we have developed several proprietary frameworks that help us identify the underlying drivers and values that customers (we hate the word consumers!) often find difficult to articulate. In short, our value is predicated on how smart we are, but on asking smart questions in a variety of ways that ultimately deliver meaningful insights.
