The Salvation Army Silicon Valley provides Santa Clara County residents with emergency assistance to pay rent + deposit, and utility bills; and other basic needs like food, clothing, and public transportation. We operate the Emmanuel House, a 78 bed sober living environment & homeless shelter with programming for men to find and maintain employment. Emmanuel House serves lunch and dinner to the public every day. Our Senior Community Center provides a clean, safe place for seniors to relax and enjoy the camaraderie of friendship, join in exercises, bingo, field trips, have coffee/tea and snacks in the morning, and a great lunch every day. A wide range of fun, educational, confidence building activities including music classes, after school homework help, troop style activities, teen groups, summer day camps, and outdoor nature camps are available for children throughout the year.
