We accept referrals from multiple jurisdictions including PA, WV, VA, NY, DE, NJ, OH and MD. We service those who have case management needs that include: field case management, telephonic, medical, and catastrophic case management. We also offer nurse consultant services. From referral to medical treatment, our case managers coordinate care and keep an open line of communication with both the referral source and the employer.
