To help overcome these challenges, the Institute develops a diverse cadre of leaders and scholars who, through rigorous preparation and nurturance, excel in higher education and professionally. With an array of academically enriched content, career development resources and cultural awareness, the Institute aims to foster well-rounded young minds and wisdom-loving change agents working to create a more just and human world. The Institute offers four academic and leadership programs for youth hosted at Princeton University. These include: 1. Summer Institute (for 7th-11th graders) 2. Accelerated Learning Academy STEM Program (for 8th-9th graders) 3. Accelerated Learning Academy STEM Program (for 10th-11th graders) 4. Career Development Academy (for 7th-8th grade Trenton, NJ youth)
