FMF Mezzanine Investment Fund (FMF Capital) is a new mezzanine finance and private equity fund formed in 2013 with amount of committed capital over $300 MM. We provide financing for a variety of transactions requiring high leverage including LBO, MBO and Growth Capital. The fund is managed by experienced investment professionals with international, Russian and cross-border deal exposure.
