At Sustainability Leaders Network, our mission is to enhance the capacity of sustainability champions who are versed in the practices of vision, systems thinking, reflective conversation, and creative expression. We draw inspiration, teachings and strategy from a number of sustainability champions who use a systems approach to imagine a just, equitable future. These leaders, in both thought and practice, include Donella Meadows, Joanna Macy, Buckminster Fuller, Peter Senge, John Sterman, Janine Benyus, Aldo Leopold and many others. Through engagement of our Fellows Network, we bring leadership approaches, tools and capacity building to talented sustainability champions across the world. With this approach we look to create inspiring solutions for social and environmental challenges; we aim to motivate more people to join the sustainability movement; and, in turn, increase and reinforce momentum for a better future.
