ICA (Inter Company Association) is the largest network of highly educated young professionals in the Netherlands. Founded in 1989, aligned with us are about 50 business youth associations of top employers in the Netherlands. In collaboration with these companies, ICA is a platform which seeks to connect, inspire and develop young professionals through networking. Throughout the year, we organize over 40 online and offline events, with as highlights the 'Young professional of the year' event and 'Meet the leader'. Due to the connection with 50 top employers within the Netherlands, we have a major network of over 40.000 ambitious young professionals!
