ICIFM is a centre of excellence in the fields of programme management, project management and large scale system implementation. Following a highly successful career with PA Consulting Group, Iain Maclean branched out in 2002 to create ICIFM. Our approach is to lead by example, institute strong programme management principles within the client's organisation, establish a bridge-head of programme management capability amongst client employees, and thereafter maintain a stand-by role as a 'critical friend'.
