Leading Asian Americans to Unite for Change (LAAUNCH) is a non-profit organization that aims to create a better future for Asian Americans via innovative research, impactful programs, and our entrepreneurial spirit. We are highly collaborative and fully committed to making a difference for our community. Our mission is to engage and empower Asian Americans to fight racism, increase representation, and share community resources. We envision a society in which Asian Americans are: * Treated fairly without racism, prejudice, or discrimination; * Fully represented in politics, business, media/entertainment,legal, sports, arts, music, and other sectors; * Appreciated for our culture, history, and contributions to society.
