She started her Immigration experience working at the British Deputy High Commission, Chennai and went on to lead the Global Immigration & Travel Department for various IT & FMCG Firms. Due to our experience at the Consulate, we understand Corporate Audit requirements, Compliance risks, seriousness of Non-Compliance and the consequence of the same to the corporate. We are well versed in understanding the expectations from the Immigration Department/Consulate and preparing additional documentation wherever necessary. We currently have 100% success rate with work permit applications in countries across the globe. We provide training programs on Business and Work Permit compliance for corporates along with Visa Interview Preparations for employees. We also train the employee going on assignment on local laws of the land in terms of his/her international travel and compliance on the respective visa category. We support the entire Immigration process including work permit applications through local attorneys in the destination country. This also gives the home field advantage for any further requirements like employment law advice, running local payroll, local staffing, setting up/registration of new entity and office space requirements. We provide umbrella services (i.e. sponsoring the workpermit, running the payroll, local compliance and end-to-end management of the employee in the destination country) in various countries where the corporate doesn’t have a presence, or doesn’t have the license/quota with Ministry of Labor/Immigration Department. In addition to the above services we are partnered with an International VAT Refund company to support in getting the VAT (Value Added Tax) refund for all international expenses for the Corporate.
