Pacific Global is a startup green field project to manufacture high quality dry Pasta . A state of the art Italian manufacturing plant is getting commissioned near Indore. The agriculture fields near Indore are known for cultivating High quality Durum wheat. The projected is promoted by Rupani family under foresight of Vikram Rupani , He is a third generation entrepreneur and Rupani’s are a well known export house in food space based out of Mumbai. Pacific Global will focus on Italian food line and the range of Pasta will be first offering which will be launched under brand name Eatalia. Eatalia Pasta will be available in all popular shapes long as well as short. The range will include Instant Pasta, Kids Pasta and Pasta seasoning. Under ‘Gold Merit ‘ Pacific will be launching other wheat based processed products. A captive milling capacity to produce semolina milled from 100% Durum Wheat has also been contracted to support this plant. We will be having very significant production capacity to service key Private label brands , HORECA and retail by employing highly experienced and trained manpower for manufacturing operations. We are making a significant investment in putting up a state of the art food laboratory for new product development, raw material analysis and quality monitoring of final product.
