Started in 1982 by community members concerned about poor housing conditions in their Southeast Portland neighborhood, REACH is a private, nonprofit community development corporation serving the Portland metropolitan area. REACH has been an innovative leader in the development and preservation of affordable housing, and in the implementation of programs that help people maintain their housing and build financially stable and more fulfilling lives. Our portfolio includes a wide range of properties including single-family rental homes, high-density apartment towers and affordable row houses for first-time home buyers and historic apartment buildings.
