Our menu is crafted to protect the heritage, tradition and culture of Italian food. Herbs and spices are fresh and never bottled, only farmhouse cheeses and other artisanal products are served, and all meats are organic and come from small scale providers. In addition, we are proud to serve mozzarella that is made fresh in our kitchen, flavor dishes with herbs grown in our rooftop garden, and feature Executive Chef David Coleman’s house made sausages. Now a longtime proponent of farm-to-table eating, we hold true to the integrity of our ingredients and always strive to preserve their natural brilliance. Why? Because food is a beautiful thing.
