We are a young, innovative emerging Architectural design practice based in west London. The directors bring two very different perspectives to the practice from their experience at previous design studios. Between them they have an extensive range of high quality, design-led experience on projects varying from the development of macro regeneration schemes to national arenas; education buildings through to high-end residential, restaurants and boutique hotel fit-outs. This combination of experience allows them to bring together a plethora of individual skill sets and knowledge that can be applied at different scales to compliment each other. As an established practice, we pride ourselves on our unique ability to understand intricate design briefs and produce outstanding, award-winning Architecture in complex delivery environments. Our current workload spans high-end residential, mixed-use development and masterplanning, through to Co–Living, PRS and build-to-rent sectors. We have a growing expertise in the student residential sector and project which span across the UK and continental Europe. Our extensive capabilities in project delivery have allowed the practice to develop exciting schemes, exceeding client expectations and delivering beyond the core requirements of the brief; from maximising tight, urban sites through to interventions in historic listed settings. We seek to challenge and be challenged by complex briefs and physical site restraints. As a leading design studio, we continue to develop and grow both in our ability to deliver ever-larger and more complex developments. We have recently completed several high-profile, successful projects that enjoy a central focus on communal living and shared experiences. The creation of an identifiable sense of home, fostering social connections and forming a sense of community through the careful curation of spaces is what inspires our enthusiasm and creative drive in the residential sector and beyond.
