The Brazilian National Cancer Institute - INCA is an organ of the Ministry of Health with a federal mandate to lead a country-wide policy for cancer control in Brazil. This leadership role occurs through the design, implementation and operation of effective and equitable programs focussing: Prevention, Diagonosis, Treatment, Supportive and Palliative Care, Education and Research and Cancer Registries.
