Facilities Dalal Plastics Pvt Ltd has 3 manufacturing facilities viz. - Navi Mumbai, Aurangabad & Hyderabad. Over 40 injection moulding machines including Thermoset injection (DMC / SMC) and Compression / Transfer moulding machine and top of the line Brands like : Engel , BOY, Toshiba , Ferromatik Milacron Machines are equipped with Auto-Loaders, Hopper Dryer, Dehumidifiers Hot runner temperature controllers, mould temperature controllers etc. Bimetallic barrels and thoroughly hardened screws for processing highly abrasion and corrosive engineering plastics. Manufacturing team consists of qualified & skilled engineers & technicians. Ability to manufacture components up to 900 gms (max) in glass filled reinforced polymers. Tool room is equipped with basic requirements used for maintenance activities Very good understanding of complex moulds; Hot runners with valve gating, Hydraulic core pulls with threaded inserts and Multiple parting line moulds.
