Since 1996 TOA Fighting Systems has been teaching a holistic style of Kickboxing that incorporates the same disciplines that traditional martial arts offer. TOA is affiliated with the World Association of Kickboxing Organisations (NZ) and utlises the WAKO grading syllabus to offer students a path to the coveted 1st degree blackbelt in Kickboxing. Our method of training offers students a comprehensive style of training that covers all standup, grappling, street / self defense, weapon defense and is further complemented by specific physical and mental conditioning.
