Bodegas Esteban Martín, a family business founded in 2003 belonging to the PDO Cariñena, a pioneer in environmental sustainability. The winery has an extension of 350 hectares. vineyards at the foot of the Sierra de Algairén (Zaragoza) and its facilities have more than 400 oak barrels and IFS certification, which opens the doors to quality exports. It currently has a presence in more than 35 countries and the international weight is very high, as it sells 90% of its production abroad, about three and a half million bottles. In addition, one of the company's objectives is to create sustainable wines with the environment and that express the characteristics of the land. In this way they allocate 30% of their surface to organic vineyards and have thus reduced the environmental impact. They were also pioneers with the use of pheromones and now they are also pioneers with ozone spraying; ecological treatment that they already use in 40% of the vineyard. For two years, his wines have been certified as vegan.
