ILBOC is a Joint Venture Company established by REPSOL PETROLEO (30%) and SK LUBRICANTS (70%) in 2012. Its main mission is producing Group 2 and 3 lube base oils in its production plant located in Valle de Escombreras (Cartagena-Spain).
