We are a professional couple from West Virginia who love the outdoors. We hike, bike, kayak, rock climb, explore caves, backpack, canyoneer, rappel, paraglide, and geocache. We travel the country in our Pleasure Way Class B RV and find interesting adventures to do along the way. We try and live an optimized life style including nutrition, physical training, sleep recovery, and mindfulness. People say we do "extreme" things...we don't think so. We aren't spring chickens by any definition. We just want to push the physical and mental challenge envelope for as long as Father Time allows us !
