We train teachers how to show the next generation the importance of standing up for others and ask for support if needed, because we believe that cooperation and empathy is key for a happy and prospering society. Our methodology is based on scientific models, and can also benefit companies and boost their performance through making collaboration between teams and individuals more effective. Our passionate team also organises workshops and conferences, where we deal with common social issues, such as indifference, stereotyping, prejudice, and the fixed mindset of individuals.
