ICDL Asia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ECDL Foundation, the not-for-profit certifying authority of the ICDL / ECDL programme. ICDL Asia has been established to manage the accreditation of a growing network of ICDL Accredited Test Centres. ICDL Asia works with communities, local and regional authorities, national governments, international bodies, development and international Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), in the delivery of its ICT skills certification programmes across the region. Global Success: ECDL Foundation’s certification programmes have been delivered to over 15 million people, in 40 languages, across 100 countries, through a network of over 24,000 test centres.
