Today, third generation members of the family are also part of the management team and the company produces seating solutions, such as chairs and sofas in addition to office furniture. Tables, workstations, pedestals and partition panel systems, file & archive cabinets and lockers are among the products of Ersa. Ersa believes that productivity, which is one of the most important components of contemporary business life, can be achieved with motivation and works to encourage motivation in business environments by functional, practical, ergonomic and customized designs. Ersa also supports its products with details like natural materials, lighting units, and integrated technological products in order to make its customers feel comfortable. Ersa, creating its own designs, also works with reputable Turkish designers such as Aykut Erol, Ece Selamoğlu Yalım, Murat Erciyas, Oğuz Yalım, Sezgin Akan, Tamer Nakışçı, Yalın Tan and international designers as Claudio Bellini, Paola De Francesco, and João Ramos Silva. Ersa’s executive office system “Frame”, was awarded the “Superior Design” award and armchair called “Twins” received the “Good Design” award within Design Turkey 2010 , which are both designed by Ece and Oğuz Yalım. In addition, Twins was awarded the Red Dot, which is one of the most important international design awards.
