SkillsGym connects ambitious young professionals with exciting companies by running competitions that give attendees a chance to solve real problems the companies have been facing. During the competitions the attendees get real, non-sugar coated insight into companies and contextualised core skills training, by industry professionals. Companies have the chance to work with ambitious individuals that have got through the application process, hear new solutions to the problems they are facing and spread the word about what makes them an exciting company. Since 2015 we’ve worked with over 500 students from UCL, LSE, Warwick Business School, and many others through training sessions, competitions, and bootcamps.
