www.jbrcnj.orgThe John Brooks Recovery Center (JBRC) is a private not for profit corporation providing substance abuse treatment services to the residents of NJ, particularly Atlantic County, since 1969. Our residential programs for Men and Women are located in Atlantic City on Pacific and Tennessee Avenues. There is an Outpatient Center on Bacharach Blvd. in Atlantic City providing Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) and IOP programs for Atlantic City residents. Our main Center is located on the Black Horse Pike in Pleasantville. This site provides MAT for up to 650 adults as well as three IOP programs. Our central Admissions as well as Administration is also located there. Clients are able to access the various levels of care based upon an individual assessment. Psychiatric evaluations and medication monitoring, as well as HIV/ Hep-C screening and post test counseling is available to all of our clients. Recovery oriented Medication Assisted Therapy is integrated in all levels of care Clients who are offered Priority status for admission- HIV+, pregnant women, IV Drug Users, Veterans and referrals from Syringe Access Programs. The overall mission of JBRC is to provide quality, scientifically based, individualized substance abuse treatment services to NJ residents for the prevention, reduction and elimination of the harm caused by substance abuse. "JBRC's vision is of a state where every man, woman and child has access to appropriate prevention, care and treatment services that focus on the elimination of problems related to the use and abuse of alcohol and other drugs."
