Cognitis Student Association is a harmonious team of economic and technical sciences, law and management students, passionate about their fields of studies. We have been working continuously for more than twelve years already, carrying out a variety of projects from the area of our interests. Our history started with a group of Poznań universities students, however, currently we also bring together undergraduates from universities in Warsaw and Wrocław. We established Cognitis to develop our managerial skills, get to know the companies from the consulting branch, as well as to simply enjoy our time during the realization of the successive projects. We are open for anyone striving to develop their skills and to work for the greater good. Perfection Perfection is a key word for Cognitis. We say no to mediocrity and that is the way we aim to achieve the best results from our every activity. We wish to manage our association, cooperate with consulting companies and develop our members’ skills with the highest quality possible. In order to achieve this, Cognitis is administered in accordance with the Total Quality Management principles. Practice Getting acquainted with the wisest of books is not enough to become a leader. It actially is a mixture of knowledge and practice, what leads to the development one may aim for. We want our members to gain valuable experience and learn about various paths their careers may take through the high quality managing of Cognitis, as well as through practice, trainings and assistance. Business World Bearing in mind the importance of social capital as a factor of development, we wish to promote the lifestyle based on diligence, fairness, responsibility and propriety. We aim to train managers, who are to be guided by the highest standards and the ones making a contribution into changing the way business functions today.
