Founded in 1990, Daniel Szabo Foundation (YFE Inc.), develops leadership conferences and training's in leadership and communications. The Foundation also administers the LGBTI Pulse Memorial Scholarship® to provide financial support to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex (and Queer) individuals between 18 and 26 who are pursuing a university or college degree. Youth leadership conferences: Taking Action and Leadership Decisions Specializing in professional skills development, public speaking and personal growth for high school youth grades nine thru twelve. The organisation has held seminars and conferences in the following cities: Vancouver, Toronto, Seattle, Chicago, Byron Bay - Australia, Puerto Rico and Hong Kong. In 2016, Daniel Szabo Foundation established the LGBTI Pulse Memorial Scholarship to provide financial support to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex (and Queer) individuals between 18 and 26 who are pursuing a college or university degree. Through this scholarship, LGBTI youth can apply for funds to pay for educational-related expenses towards a degree from an accredited college, university or technical/vocational institution. The Scholarship is administered in partnership with the United Nations, International Organization for Migration (IOM).
