John Weaver Contractors LTD is an award winning construction company with over 100 years of construction expertise and craftmanship. Specialising in new build, retail, education, healthcare, refurbishment and conservation work, we can deliver projects on time, to budget and of the highest quality. The company has two divisions, construction and conservation. Our construction division can undertake projects of up to £15m and includes our small works department of which a large proportion of its business is running the framework projects we undertake for the Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University NHS Trust. The small works department can undertake smaller projects and anything below the value of £100k. Our conservation division has over 100 years of traditional skilled craftmanship and construction expertise. This is combined with firsthand experience, gained on a wide variety of successfully completed refurbishment and conservation projects at contract values up to £8m. High profile projects include work at the Guildhall and Brangwyn Hall in Swansea, Barry Pump House, Llanelly House, University of Glamorgan, refurbishment on the former 18th Century Coach House for the Duchy of Cornwall and a luxury home for Catherine Zeta Jones in Mumbles to name a few.
