Institut Teknologi Telkom Surabaya (IT Telkom Surabaya) is an ICT-based higher education institute located in Surabaya, Indonesia. IT Telkom Surabaya, under the auspices of Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom, is devoted to enhance the nation's competitiveness.
