My role as both founder and once teacher is to ensure that we, here at Ruby's School of Music, push you, the student beyond your comfort zone, give you the tools that you require, and watch you use those very same tools, to grow and flourish into amazing human beings that will colour this world with your talents and gifts. We believe that there is a percentage of the population that is talented, but beyond that, the desire to learn ought to supersede all else. This means taking the time to practice so as to ensure progress. Even if that progress is slow, slow progress is better than no progress. This also means that family members are expected to take an active role and interest in their child's learning.
