We bring Contemporary Italian Art to your doorstep! Mecenate was a simple idea in the beginning. It has expanded and promptly turned into a great project. In this platform we encourage artists and sponsors to build a powerful relationship to foster a new era in art life. We believe the “Made in Italy Art Culture” should spread worldwide and we are about to write the next chapter in Italian Art History. At a time when sponsors were called Mecenate, Italian artists conceived a large number of remarkable art pieces. Lorenzo De Medici, who among others favoured the genius Leonardo Da Vinci some 500 years ago, was an incredible patron of the Arts. Through the centuries, from the Romans to the present days, Italy has always been the stage of a massive art production. Let our pride continue! The idea behind this project is unique: We choose the best artists You act as the best contemporary Mecenate Together we make history! The two choices in sponsorship are: @ sustain the artist by a pledge in exchange of a gift crafted by the artist (available soon!), @ purchase the actual art piece, which is accompanied by a digital authentication.
