Over the years Construtora Calper has strengthened its name and built a solid brand, based on high professional, ethics and transparency standards, also ensuring fair prices and deliveries on time. In 2010, under the leadership of João Queiroga, Calper started the "SEG" (Excellence in Management System, in English), an initiative to ensure a comprehensive and consistent approach in planning, direction, delegation and control. In 2011 Calper has launched twice more units than the previous year, and has accumulated a General Sales Value (VGV in Portuguese) that is nearly triple the number achieved in 2010. In 2012 Calper has once again surpassed its own results, launching even more units and reaching a VGV around R$700 million (units launched). Furthermore, it also has launched its first hotel, the Heritage Design Hotel, in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, and expanded its business to the region of Macaé with the Nexus Hotel & Residences, an integrated and self-sufficient enterprise, with a whole new concept of architecture on that region. The Calper stands out in the market through differentiated architectural projects in real estate building, besides its excellence in engineering and high quality finishes.
