Studio u+a is a multidisciplinary, full service international design practice with offices in New York, London, Delhi (Gurgaon). Founded by Vinay Kapoor and Shirley Fujikawa in 1995, Studio u+a achieves a range of creative and innovative built work. With expertise in urban design, architecture and interior design, the principals and staff of Studio u+a are committed to the creation of an urban architecture for our time. We celebrate the making of memorable places in support of sustainable communities. While challenged and inspired by the cultural contexts within which we work, we explore the application of traditional place making practices expressed in a contemporary aesthetic language and material sensibility.
