kGD Grammer Designs will be celebrating 50-years of excellence in architecture. Founded in 1969 by Gary Y. Kaplan and later joined by Edmund H. Gaunt, Jr. and Robert F. DeSantis, Kaplan Gaunt DeSantis Architects is now lead by Ron Grammer. Together, kGD Grammer Designs has a long architectural history within the tri-state area. KGD is a highly recognized firm, honored by the American Institute of Architects AIA Jersey Shore with the prestigious “Firm of the Year Award,” followed by the Monmouth County “Chamber of Commerce Spinnaker Award,” as well as, various local and county “Building of the Year” awards. kGD Grammer Designs has developed many projects from conception through completion.
