Evergreen Life Care is a community based not-for-profit organisation that takes an individual approach to aged care in the Central Coast. Evergreen Life Care places the wants and needs of its clients at its core and assists them to maintain their independence and chosen lifestyle. Everyone’s needs are different and we believe our residents should have access to the type and level of quality care and support services, as they need them. Our mission is to provide flexible choices in quality residential, care and support services to disabled & aged care in the Central Coast.
