Qube Homes was originally established in 2005 as the UK Residential Development arm of the Beltico Group with several different but interactive property based activities divided mostly between the UK, Portugal and Brazil. Qube was jointly founded by Steve Davies, who has extensive experience of residential development having held directorships at both Crest Nicholson and Linden Homes, Qube alongside Stuart Swycher, the Chairman of the Beltico group. Qube homes developed a variety of small, medium and large residential and mixed use developments in areas such as Basingstoke, Maidenhead and West Meade. Qube homes is no longer trading.
