Fitness by Zoe offers personal training, group fitness, and lifestyle coaching services both online and locally in the greater New York City area. We offer these services to individuals and to corporations. As both a University of Virginia Darden MBA and ACE Certified Personal Trainer with 10+ years corporate career experience, Zoe started the business when she realized that, although the demands on her time only increased as she grew in her career, she was most successful and happy when she consistently made time for fitness. She now helps her time-strapped, high achieving clients get the physical results, confidence, and the energy to be rock stars in their areas of expertise -- and to enjoy the process. Currently she resides in Brooklyn overseeing Fitness by Zoe in-home training and group fitness in parallel to her role as Marketing Director at active lifestyle and media company Tough Mudder.
