My name is Roger Heale. I own and operate Signal Design. With close to 20 years in the design industry, covering both Corporate Identity, and Advertising and Design Communications, as well as specialized Employer Branding and Communications, I’ve managed to develop a well-rounded background in both print and web development and am capable of tackling just about any creative challenge you may be faced with. I am a creative-thinking Art Director and Brand Specialist with deep experience in seeing creative projects through from concept, to development and roll-out. I have expertise with brand adherence and maintenance across both digital and print channels. An adept project manager, with a history of working on both small-scale granular projects as well as large-scale organizational projects, I always work to balance priorities to ensure on-time delivery. I can act as a creative point person who fosters and maintains relationships with in-office and virtual teams, as well as maintain positive relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Through Signal Design, I have cultivated partnerships with high visibility clients, having developed strong relationships with key clients like KPMG and TD Bank in the finance industry. I am proficient in Adobe CS including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; Acrobat; MS Office Suite; and InVision and Sketch.
