CIO Expert Witness makes available the services of an experienced Chief Information Technology Officer to consult in dispute review and as an Expert Witnesses during litigation if required. A CIO's daily business is in making technology accessible and understandable from the Board Room, to the "C-Level" officers, and on down into the rank & file of the organization. A CIO will assist in developing an understanding of both complex technical issues, and the context of the business environment in which they are applied.
