Gerakan Pengguna Siswa (GPS) or known as Consumer Student Movement was established by Ministry of Domestic Trade and Customer Affairs (KPDNHEP), Malaysia. GPS of Universiti Utara Malaysia is one of the chapters in Malaysia. We are a Non-Profit Organisation which provide help in regards of welfare and consumerism issues to UUM Students. We in GPS emphasize the right of consumers and advocate it accordingly. The main objective of the GPS establishment is to form a new generation of consumers who are smart, rational and responsible to be skilled in making the purchase of goods and services by taking into account factors such as price, quality, safety, use of resources, ecological aspects and current economic situations.
