The Office of Technical Assistance and Technology (OTA) is a non-regulatory agency within the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs. OTA provides free, confidential, on-site technical and compliance consultations to Massachusetts businesses to help them comply with relevant regulations and save money through reduced toxics use, and energy, water, material resource conservation. OTA’s services are provided at no charge to Massachusetts businesses and toxics users.
