S&J Service was incorporated in March of 1996 and strives for excellence in site utilities and road construction work. S&J is a licensed and certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) contractor serving the District of Columbia and Maryland areas. S&J Service utilizes the knowledge of our estimators, project managers, and superintendents to ensure that all of our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our customers expectations. S&J Service performs heavy highway construction, electrical, site, and underground utilities work, specializing in storm drain, sanitary sewer, water mainline, and structural services. Other past performance work for S&J includes: installations of electrical conduit and electrical structural repairs, surface restoration, and manhole rehabilitation.
