For more than 30 years, the Canadian Transport Lawyers Association (CTLA) has played a vital role in the continuing legal education of Canadian and American legal practitioners, producing informative papers and panel discussions, and serving as a unique forum for the analysis of topical issues and the exchange of ideas among some of North America's pre-eminent experts in transportation law. The CTLA provides a professional and social forum for lawyers engaged or otherwise interested in transportation law, regulatory policy, procedure and related legal interests, whether before the courts, administrative tribunals, or on a commercial or academic basis.
