We are the GP Federation for Guildford and Waverley in the Surrey Heartlands area, working to improve primary and community care services for our patients. We work at scale to develop new models of effective and efficient care that are fit for the future. We build on best practice, seeking and creating new opportunities for better care. We are also leading the immunisation of our community of Guildford and Waverley.
