Khadamat Facilities Management LLC is a joint venture (JV) company formed to operate the new UAE University Campus in Al Ain. The company combines the investment and development skills of Mubadala Investment Company which is 100% owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi and the facilities management (FM) skills of Serco, a leading global service company. Khadamat FM LLC provide the operational services on the new campus and existing buildings (E1, F2, F3, I1, I2 and I3) at Maqam campus.
