AES Literacy Institute is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization located in Dallas, TX dedicated to providing educational instruction, motivation, and mentoring to under-educated / underprivileged individuals. Helping them gain the tools necessary to become successful, productive members of society. Our mission at AES Literacy Institute (ALI) is to motivate under-educated and underprivileged adult learners to obtain the education and career training necessary to be self-sufficient. We will reduce barriers and increase access to new opportunities that help restore dignity and improve quality of life for themselves, their families, and the community. We take pride in our vision "Resurrecting hope - Creating a world of 2nd chances" together we can help fight the education crisis and defeat systematic poverty. The opportunity of an education will open doors that would otherwise be closed. By expanding employment and educational opportunities we can educate these individuals and get them back into the workforce as a highly skilled and sought after candidate making them once again successful productive members of society.
